Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for clients and prospects.
- Develop and maintain authentic relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and calls..
- Manage office calendar.
- Maintain notes.
- Maintain office supplies.
